Explosion's Mission - is to provide a team where players can work hard, have fun and excel not only on the field, but in the classroom as well. Players will have the opportunity to continue their dream of being a Student-Athlete at a college of their choice. Education and the opportunity to play softball at the highest level are a main focus for the Explosion Softball Organization.

We believe in creating a competitive and supportive environment in which we teach our players to strive towards reaching their maximum potential in a nurturing and positive environment.  We believe in the power of team building for both players and parents.  As coaches, we are committed to creating an atmosphere where hard work will lead to a players’ ability to reach the next level and going beyond what they believe they are capable of accomplishing.  We believe that desire, commitment, hard work and intensity combined with sports specific training will bridge the gap between potential and performance.  It is our primary goal to assist individuals in becoming better athletes by helping them maximize their athletic potential.  We believe that it is critical that our players learn good work ethics on and off the field.  Finally, we believe athletics help every athlete in becoming a better person by providing them with important skills necessary for life.
